 Yabello, Ethiopia The Foxy Lark is distributed in eastern Africa from Somalia and Ethiopia through Kenya to Tanzania. See the distribution map at Birdlife International. It is found in semi-arid and bush country with sandy soils at between 200 and 1,800 metres. It has a bold white supercilium and rufous wing patches which are most noticeable in flight.  |
