It is mainly bright yellow with black back, wings and tail. It has a black mask round the eyes and a short black
malar stripe.
It is found in north-east Colombia, north Venezuela and along the Amazon and its major tributaries up to Peru and Ecuador. See the distribution map at Birdlife International. |
